When I see [A-5] (Not intentionally quoting Q here, I pulled A-5 out of a hat), but we know that there are 7-10 people in the Q team. There were 6 groupings of what look like Unit Numbers. The first three are inside a sentence discussing Congress and the Senate and house. The second group, in the second sentence - which is discussing going from Dark to Light - ergo letting the public know. Perhaps we were looking at unit activation which would provide information to congress critters in need of info or 'correction' and the darkness to light team which is gathering that information and doing other 'things'. Just a theory.
