I'm on the computer – I think you said to check the microphone on the right side of the screen Western Mark

on the bottom left side, by your name

you will see a mic, a headphone and a gear

if there is a slash through the mic, click on the mic to turn it on

it will say un mute or mute

I see the mic, and there is no/320 – will see on so I am going to look in settings and test the mic again

okay, see your name in the help desk voice room, your mic has a slash through it

now there is a slash through both your mic and headphones

now do the same thing you did with your headphones to your mic
