i checked out your site, its a very interesting idea, a good idea. infact, me and prayerwarrior have (independent of psb) for the past few days been setting up something very similiar in discord servers form.

New to discord. How do I DM

@Allegheny Misfit to dm a specific person first find them in the server, if they are online they will show in the online user list. which appears to the right when you click on the 'Member List' button.:arrow_upper_right:

alternatively, even if they are offline, they can be found by seeking out their posts. using the search function. :arrow_upper_right:

type into the search feild the name of the person. then click the fitting option, :arrow_lower_left:

which will pull up a list of their posts.

pick one then click the 'Jump' button. which will bring you to that post. :arrow_lower_right:

once looking at their post in a channel you can right click on their name to bring up a menu which contains the option to 'message' which is a direct message, a DM. :arrow_upper_right: :arrow_upper_right:

Is there anywhere I can go to to secure my computer and internet? I"m worried that what I do is being tracked. I live in Australia so anything that is Australian dollar friendly, I'd appreciate.

@Samantha I will ask another user here that is far more tech savvy than myself. If anyone will know I believe he will be the go to guy. One quick question; You believe you are being tracked to what extent are you referring to? We are all being tracked every key stroke every word and sentence is being catalogued by one Government agency or another. Is this your concern or do you think that a private individual is tracking your activities?

I'm not a hundred percent sure, but my parents got an audit for my Dads disability pension recently. They'd left my parents alone until I became actively vocal specially online in regards to the bias. Make matters worse, my phone keeps getting these weird I call them 'message bufferings', because it seems that my messages are being fed back somewhere like duplicated messages. When I go to look the messages up again its no longer in my message box. I haven't deleted them either. Another indicator, is slowed internet in areas, and weird images showing up on my screen in a quick flash that makes me think they weren't there. I recently was watching a live stream of the Hong Kong protest, only to see a flash of a gentleman in a suit with his hands held open palms out. It was there for all of a second like a flicker of a light and it disappeared. I'm not sure, I'm not a big techy person, I used to be but with the introduction of a brain virus and technology changing every 6 months its become to hard to keep up with. I'll admit I'm concerned because I have an antivirus, I have a malware cleaner and a fairly decent 'firewall'. A lot of my files on my computer now have numbers over them instead of the 'file names' I'd given them... I didn't change these file names....

Okay I will pass this along and see what we can come up with it does sound odd that you are now having these issues. You are aware no doubt that your internet service provider tracks every move you make on the internet from the moment you log on until you log off. Also your cell phone service provider keeps track of everything you do by phone to include all of your contacts and conversations every day. Personally I don't like that aspect of the internet and in fact I find i quite annoying. For your computer at home have you thought about setting up a VPN? That will stop nefarious characters from gaining access to your machine while you are using it at home
