I can hear but I'll have to hook up a mic, -- web cam on Linux desktop doesn't seem to be connecting to Discord

I have it all set up just not used to using audio. I will sw my setting to Push to Talk at some point.

This win7 desktop is Lenovo w Win7 x64 over top (unused corp. oem purch.) so I think the front panel needs some Lenovo utility - so I will plug in to my ext. amp. phones but first I have to find a 1/8" 1/4" jack adapter then I can think aboiut turning on my mic.

It might if you have built in mic but if you use external speakers it will cause some feed back if you are keyed up with another person talking but it is worth a try for sure

just going to try to see if it's the headset, although it's new and only used it once, lol would be my luck
