i have a short video to share where the last part is what i am thinking that you should try. but i will wait until i see if you got it working first.

Link says go to Windows Settings.-> Privacy -> Microphone AND Camera.... you would think that would be easy to find... where is it? Went to control panel... no Windows Settings there. Put windows settings into box when clicking start button... brought up something for impaired hearing & etc...
