ok - just to get you the truly most important steps.. did you go to rules of the road - if you agree click on the thumbs up

then go to opt in channels and opt in on channels you would like to see - this will open up discord to you

@Doubleedgedsword369 when you are ready before going into voice room - try to set up your mic or get familiar with the steps of set up here is a pic

in the column to the left at the bottom of my screen not sure on MAC.. but there is a mic headphone and gear or settings icon you click on the gear icon

then go into voice and video and set up your push to talk... so you won't have a hot mic when/if you go into a voice room
