ok so the opt in rooms one has to receive an invite but upon going there will the room be saved?

yes so for talking one has to have a headset and you can talk to those in room or how does that work
what does the dot in front of hashtag mean?
Yes if there headset has a slash through it then it is muted and they cannot hear you at all
