If one has an unwelcome experience with another, is the best policy from that point on to simply disregard from then on and allow mods to monitor or is there a means to individually block a single chatter? Thank you, in advance.

Hi @Steven Martin thanks for the post and question. I am aware of the situation (I believe). I think I stopped it before it became worse, I hope. I am wondering, if you see that persons name, can you right click on that and see the option of "block"??? Also, I can have some other Mods in here help me with this @tattered flag and @Clarabel

I cannot right click, on a phone. The phone is new to me (never had a smart phone before) sorry. Do not see the persona anywhere other than PSB chat. I think you made clear that offensive language was not encouraged. I will avoid any response with that persona. Thank you.

@Steven Martin sounds good. I'll look further into options for the phone and see what I can come up. Other than that, I would avoid them as possible and just let us know if there are problems. We do our best, but sometimes miss things. Thank for your patience and contributions.

@Steven Martin On your phone do you know how to send a direct message to another user? If so then the option to block a user is also in that same menu for sending the direct message. I still use my flip phone because basically I am stubborn and hate change. If you can figure out how to send a DM then you can block another user by using that same menu. That person disappears from your life for good or until you elect to unblock that user you decide

@tattered flag I have done private messaging in the past . Over the next day or two, if I see that persona, I will try that. Thank you.

@Steven Martin Once you block someone you wil not see their posts or hear their voice. The effectively disappear for sure. If you have any questions at any time please send me a message and we will get you an answer

i deleted google and had to reset Micro Edge?? that may have done it, it said i was trying to log from unknown device or something like that?

then it would say send message to your email but when i clicked on email message it would say it was expired lol.... weirdness!!!
