Sure. I think Ukraine, after crushing the separatists should execute the leaders and any who are found guilty of harassing or killing innocents. I doubt the following would happen, but if Russia were to see extreme instability in the near future, Ukraine should seize the opportunity to re-take Crimea and maybe some territory surrounding the sea of Azov

Russia is the aggressor in the Ukraine-Russia conflict, and Ukraine is a nice country in unfortunate circumstances, with a west unwilling to help and a rising regional power to the east that's shown itself more than willing to take what isn't theirs
