oozing means its infected, its red so there is inflammationg, the plaster is not enough it seems so ide recommend to go the the local pharmacy and buy 1) Medical tape 2) gause 3) a bandage for future use 3) Hydreogen peroxide (H202).
When you get home pour some H202 on the wound (its gonna burn bad) wait some 10 seconds ad pour more (itll ease the pain and keep fizzying and foaming) clean the foam away and pour again several times and clean the area around the wound with gaus that has been soaked in H202 or 70% ethanol. Once that is done we can now bandage the wond.
To bandage it cut a piece of gaus off that is a little bigger than the wound, and pour some H202 until the bandage is a little wet. Then apply the gaus and tape it down with the medical tape, try to not cover the wound itself with the tape rather the edges of the bandage, use enough tape to secure it. If you're worried about the tape coming off use the bandage to bandage over the wound and secure it by tying it off, or using more tape
