Use anger as a way if improving your lifts. If you catch a case of "red pill rage" go lift and make progress on your gains. Senseless and unproductive anger is a waste of time and can shorten your life.

Or use the anger to train martial arts, disciplin the body and mind, to be as sharp as possible whne they need to be used.

So when your doing a HIIT session with running and need a very intense sprint, think of it that your brothers are out there dyign and your the only one that can get them to safety, there's wounded men out there so you better get moving, makes the adrenaline really go through the roof (some good music via headphones makes it that much better)

Anyone know of any good C# coding or maybe unity coding (C#) tuts or courses, i dont care if I have to pay, it cna be a book as well im fine with that. Or hell even a minecraft modding coding thing. The fact that it opposes Immigration. Sometimes, a nation's population cannot handle alone. Immigration from several countries could help the nation grow.

Plus, I have observed a few right-wing populist parties in Europe, and they're terrible.
