agnosticism is growing atheism on the other hand is shrinking, its also shrinking in intellectual circles as people actually explore atheism and its depths. Atheists simply also dont reproduce, in a way they are genetic dead ends.

but in general atheist tend to exist as a cult of "science" while vastly misinterpreting what the competency of science actually is, as well as often completely being illiterate in said science. Those that arent are basically at best agnostics that take the cynical nihilistic route of agnosticism.
