There’s this chick named Cora at my school, she is a fat disgusting liberal who smells like shit all the time. She has rings all over her body and draws with marker on herself. She starts crying whenever we present or watch a video in class that offends her. She listens to “punk rock” without even putting on headphones. They exist based on the fact that people born in similar years grow up in a similar culture and thus develop similar beliefs

While generations aren't so cut up as people would like to imply

It was a marketing term because people marketing to those groups, and it still exists because it works
