Lol, anyone remember the “people of light” meme
Yep, was a good one
>3 nogs enter
>3 nogs attack clerk
>clerk gets shoved and hits into container
>clerk almost dead
>nogs decide to pillage store
>nogs leave
>costumer finds clerk when entering store
>costumer calls cops
>clerk almost died, but survives in critical condition
@snakedog why does it look like he fell over himself?
He did, he had a heart attack, then the nogs robbed and left him there, did not even call the police
I see
I read the facebook post
Yep
There's an update to this article, the update says they found them
Disgusting people
Yep
oh he had a heart attack
i thought when they got shovey they caused him to whack right into that water bottle stand
and knock himself out causing a severe conuccsion
they still caused it either way
out of curiosity, is it illegal to not help someone that suffered a life-threatening medical condition in the u.s?
i would assume theres some level of law against it
especially if you A. contributed to the life threatning condition and B. used it to take advantage of the person facing it
in their case you can argue that they may have some degree of responsibility in causing it as well... and also they robbed him afterwards... i'm just wondering like, in general
sure, yes
the term for it in law is "duty to rescue"
its not black and white
its circumstancle
its rare, but yes, you can be held liable for not rescueing someonne
america isnt huge on it
but there are nationsn that mandate it
oh, ok... in my country it is, that's why i'm asking if in the u.s it is as well
