greece is only 6 months maximum and requires it not hurting you personally to help them
i think some others nationss have laws for it aswell
in Brazil it's 6, 9 (if the person gets severely hurt as a result) and 18 (if the person end up dying) months...
and the "requires it not hurting you personally" is also a thing...
but in most cases all you need to do is call for help...
It depends however it also depends on proffession for example I am required to help someone
(medical and lifegaurd training) and ignoring them wont necessarily in itself lead me to prison, however if someone sues me I can get in a lot of trouble
