@el pebble why not
@Vilhelmsson elitism, ew
Well, I agree that we should value peoples more on how devout they are then purely bloodlines.
Well yea
I'd rather have a based black man than a self loathing white in my country
Showing partiality against other man is transgression and you are to not act in empty pride, but in humility consider yourselves lesser and look to the interests of others as well
@el pebble nationalism dosent mean transgression
you are not understanding
Where does it say that?
"Showing partiality against other man is transgression"?
James 2:9
To help others the most you should be in a position where you are stable, i.e nationalism, once your own country and people are okay and you've helped them, then you can focus on helping others
the pride part is somewhere in Philippians 2
@Doctor Anon nationalism is YOU considering yourself that is "stable"
it is showing partiality to others who are not nationalist or ar enot part of your nation
and an ultranationalism at the expense of another nation is transgressive too
National pride and the pride spoken of in the Bible is not of the same type.
@el pebble No it's not
Its simple; I'll help them when I help my people.
You say that except that doesnt happen
You don't help others by nationalism
I'm helping millions
Nationalism is not being selfish
nationalist tendencies have yet to lead away from scapegoating elements, become hawklike etc
It's being smart
nationalism is not living in humility as the lesser
Good.
aka not good
Philippians 2 instructs us to live with Christ's humility
you are transgressing
Exact verse?
Philippians 2:3-4
Huh
Yeah I don't see how I'm violating those verses
you are not considering yourself lesser to anyone by being nationalist
Instead of each person watching out for their own good, watch out for what is better for others.
Philippians 2:4
I'm watching out for my people
your people are the coheirs of Christ in this world
He's speaking in terms of the individual
Not the cohort
