imo I think the best and furthest we should have work conditions go

is a 4 hour work day

Communism will likely shorten work days, but that's about it

100% employment will likely always be the norm

I think any lower than 4 hours and you have a truly decadent society

while 4 hours is extremely low itself

Probably cap around 25 hrs a week
