@bimmler Essentially uou cant now say you actually believe in human rights, and are a murderer. You are denyign a human the right to life because of arbitrary reasons, going up to 9 months you cause absurd pain.

There is no justification for abortion unless it has to do with threat to life.

im in the medical field and there is no way you can justify abortion in any ethical way without starting to touch on euthanasia, justifying it, and then general euthanization of the old because reasons, and eventually you simply make it so that the right to life is simply arbitary

No, and no one would argue it is. The human fetus is a separate organism that relies on the nourishment of the mother for nine months. It is not a part of her body, like a heart or lung, it is a separate life form altogether.

Furthermore, the life of the fetus is totally left up to the interpretation of the mother. If someone murders a pregnant woman, they are committing double murder, according to the legal system. Why is the total legal jurisdiction of an organism left to the mother if it is not her body? That is the question.
