@Deleted User Socialism is workers owning the means of production. They have an equal share and vote in the business, and operate principaly as a unit in business. You still have management in most interpretations (in my one too), yet they're under the watchful eye of the workers, and there're votes on many business actions. Also, most importantly, everyone votes on people's pay, so people would very probably always get what they deserve for their work.
