my IQ is 119 despite being in poverty while growing up with bad diet and bad exercise, my father drank and did drugs so his IQ dropped, but my grandfather on one side is an engineer, other is a prodigy computer scientist

I'm arguing that you should always want the genetic potential to be there, and with hispanics/blacks it simply isn't.

Even Scandinavian hunter gatherer/farming would build intellectual folks because it requires long term planning and critical thinking to assess uses of limited resources

But there is intelligence that doesn't show up in IQ

European stable climate allowed for flourishing intellectualism

Same with Asian

for instance inuits are very good at remembering where to go and have different enlarged parts of their brain

but that's not tested by IQ nor really by the modern economy

Polynesians are better at breathing under water

I don't really think we should on an individual level assess people at their work place based on IQ, but for migrant groups we definitely should because the US Gov refuses to only take elite subsamples
