It probably didn't help that soviet soldiers were simply shit, too.

2018-08-20 00:31:31 UTC

@Deleted User Stalin also tried to negotiate an alliance that would put the Soviet Union as one of the members of the Axis Powers

2018-08-20 00:31:36 UTC

To prevent a war with Hitler

2018-08-20 00:31:40 UTC

because he knew he would lose

2018-08-20 00:31:55 UTC

and I dont mean the non-aggression pact

*"He describes the Veneti as the ancestors of Antes and Slaveni, two early Slavic societies..."
Veneti are northern Italian people, showing connection that central europeans come from the slavs, but in a lesser form*
Lets disregard all genetic testing and claim that one tribe with a very small territory was the origin of the entire central European peoples. Lol.
"Lesser form" Slavic IQ, education, health statistics seem to underperform quite a bit tho. Doesn't really fit your theory.

*"slavic societies who lived along the Elbe river in what is today Eastern Germany. The approximate territory stretched from the Baltic Sea in the north, the Saale and the Limes Saxoniae..."
This also shows that the germanic people, first recorded as being around the franko-german border, only edging into germany, while the slavics were already inhabiting inner germany. Slavs were here first.*
What???
Do you have any understanding of geography whatsoever? Polabian Slavs had a tiny spot at the coast of Germany. And they got completely germanicized. Some Polish genes got incorporated into the German ethnogenesis, but thats completely normal. In the border regions of old tribe territories you can always see some divergence from the usual genetic makeup. @Doctor Anon

2018-08-20 00:32:06 UTC

This was in the middle of the war

2018-08-20 00:33:52 UTC

Nothing that justifies claiming "Muh slavs were here first". Literally all of them were germanicized, the rest of German territory was completely germanic and the racial difference at the time was probably minor anyways.

2018-08-20 00:39:44 UTC

@Deleted User is the south african government so stupid as to expect no retaliation?

2018-08-20 00:40:29 UTC

idk about you guys, but i wont be surprised if boer guerrillas start a race war there

2018-08-20 00:49:44 UTC

Wrong, Slavic masters were all over Eastern Germany, and in modern day Berlin. The Slavic Master race has only recently degraded in I due to poor communist occupation and corrupt businesses after communists collapse. Without these outside forces trying to undermine us, we'd be the most Intelligent white race in history. Your petty excuses are literally just *what* and *lol*, showing your inferior genetic IQ as you stumble to understand the absolute intelligence of us.

2018-08-20 00:54:16 UTC

If I wasn't partying all day I would probably enjoy explaining why Anon is wrong. Again.

2018-08-20 00:56:23 UTC

Well i just did but he just chose to ignore it, lol

2018-08-20 00:57:43 UTC

Anon is constantly wrong about Russian history. I have a very cursory understanding and know more than he does.

2018-08-20 00:57:49 UTC

I'm convinced it's just elaborate shitposting.

2018-08-20 00:58:09 UTC

In the vein of saying something wrong and thinking you ebicly trolled people when they called you wrong.

2018-08-20 01:06:22 UTC

pre-migration period germanic people are real so @Deleted User is quite right when he says that the slavs werent there first

2018-08-20 01:06:58 UTC

eastern germany was populated by the goths in particular i think

2018-08-20 01:07:58 UTC

The Goths migrated into Spain and Italy.

2018-08-20 01:08:15 UTC

But it's important to note that none of these migratory populations were homogenous in the slightest.

2018-08-20 01:08:25 UTC

Most were confederations or moved together although separate.

2018-08-20 01:09:29 UTC

was that because the huns conquered them or something?

2018-08-20 01:09:53 UTC

The Huns moving westwards accelerated migrations into Roman territory.

2018-08-20 01:10:06 UTC

Tribal confederations had always existed though.

2018-08-20 01:10:37 UTC

The Huns were even a tribal confederation and increasingly became assimilated Germans as they moved westward.

2018-08-20 01:11:16 UTC

so when you say that they werent homogenous you mean that they mixed with turkic and slavic peoples?

2018-08-20 01:11:21 UTC

and other germans?

2018-08-20 01:12:05 UTC

I mean that when you refer to the Goths specifically that's not representative.

2018-08-20 01:12:30 UTC

It depends though. The Goths likely only had other Germans with them when they migrated into Italy and Spain.

2018-08-20 01:12:38 UTC

The Huns had Slavs and Germans.

2018-08-20 01:12:49 UTC

oh ok now i understand

2018-08-20 01:13:38 UTC

that makes me wonder how much the huns actually numbered, given how their blood pretty much disappeared through assimilation

2018-08-20 01:13:53 UTC

The same thing happened everywhere.

2018-08-20 01:14:30 UTC

The Vandals were only a few thousand when they moved into Spain, so their genetic impact on Spain is not important.

2018-08-20 01:14:38 UTC

Same for the Slavs.

2018-08-20 01:15:19 UTC

If tribes weren't confederations when they moved into an area already they rapidly assimilated and never showed up in large numbers to displace local populations.

2018-08-20 01:17:35 UTC

oh i know that, germanic blood only makes up like 5% of spains gene pool, its just interesting to note that all these conquered peoples never revolted against their masters since they probably outnumbered them by quite a lot

2018-08-20 01:18:19 UTC

although i guess that means it was quite nice to live in hunnic society
