maybe but i need a source that says that

2018-09-12 19:31:37 UTC

It's self evident why they are doing it

2018-09-12 19:32:21 UTC

That kind of rhetoric backfires.

2018-09-12 19:32:23 UTC

It's so dumb.

2018-09-12 19:32:38 UTC

Democrat voters feel they don't need to vote and Republican voters vote because they feel they need to.

2018-09-12 19:33:06 UTC

Honestly

2018-09-12 19:33:12 UTC

Just let them keep doing it

2018-09-12 19:33:20 UTC

Encourage it, just helps the GOP

2018-09-12 19:33:32 UTC

99.99% chance of Hillary winning. Why would Democrats go out and vote?

@εïз irma εïз That was an algorithm

2018-09-12 19:35:26 UTC

Also, the polls for the popular vote were quite accurate in 2016

2018-09-12 19:35:27 UTC

That's probably going to lessen their votes even more....*illegals voting*

2018-09-12 19:35:37 UTC

It was only the state polls which were off

2018-09-12 19:38:26 UTC

>tarrifs will ruin our economy and raise prices!!!!
-Price to operate a business drops-
-prices the consumer pays dropped after tariffs implemented-
-american manufacturing skyrockets-
-u.s becomes number one global producer of crude oil-
>But muh tarrifs

2018-09-12 19:40:50 UTC

In the area where prices did go slightly higher due to tarrifs **none** translated into higher prices for consumers

2018-09-12 19:40:57 UTC

The deeper a recession the stronger the recovery. The raw output of a country doesn't change.

2018-09-12 19:41:13 UTC

Everything Obama said was wrong.

2018-09-12 19:41:49 UTC

I mean the tariffs applied thus far are minimal

2018-09-12 19:41:57 UTC

And have had - pretty limited retaliation

2018-09-12 19:42:27 UTC

Because they can't win a trade war against the U.S

2018-09-12 19:42:51 UTC

no because they understand the president today isn’t the president tommorow and that these are small tariffs

2018-09-12 19:43:07 UTC

The point of the trade war is no one wins

2018-09-12 19:43:54 UTC

But every administration has put/had tariffs

2018-09-12 19:44:02 UTC

We put some on washing machines in the obama era

2018-09-12 19:44:13 UTC

We did it again under trump

2018-09-12 19:44:26 UTC

The tarrifs implemented are often done wrongly

2018-09-12 19:44:41 UTC

With no immediate plans to boost American production of said product

2018-09-12 19:44:47 UTC

Which is why they often fail

2018-09-12 19:45:19 UTC

They implement tarrifs and expect companies to start reacting immediately and boost production

2018-09-12 19:45:44 UTC

It has to be nudged to the companies to begin production just shortly before tarrifs are to be implemented

2018-09-12 19:46:20 UTC

We don’t need to produce more to counter a tariff per say - nor do businesses think like that necessarily. Prices will adjust to compensate sure, but in this case we put it on a certain kind of washer that meets a certain conservation target of water

2018-09-12 19:46:31 UTC

The idea is we innovate and do the same thing with our companies that

2018-09-12 19:46:34 UTC

*

2018-09-12 19:46:40 UTC

We did the same with solar panels

2018-09-12 19:47:02 UTC

Usually we do tarrifs on health hazards like tobbacco

2018-09-12 19:47:23 UTC

Or something we don’t have a good technological edge in per say

2018-09-12 19:48:12 UTC

Prices won't rise

2018-09-12 19:48:14 UTC

It’s not a question of right or wrongly applied - our government isn’t filled with idiots

2018-09-12 19:48:24 UTC

If done correctly
