eh my uni schedual is hectic

although its more like a typiical dr's life

issue is ill most likely end up a trauma surgeon

or the same, at least thats the issue in Poland is that the gov promised to raise the pay and just wont, also promised to find a way to keep more doctors so that most doctors arent working those 300+ hour smonths, or rahter 100+ hour weeks

basically the gov said "sure"

"we'll increase the budget and pay you more over the course of 6 years"

meanwhile they increased the budget

but are hiring more beurocracy instead

and it turns out hospitals are getting even less money

even in the US there is 10 adminsitrators or beurocrats to one doctor
