i think hyper-sanity basically the psychology of Nietzsche's last man.
When a man knows about his own existence,reality and it's absurdity to such an extent he inevitably sees life as nothing more than a comic book with him as the main character,he makes his decisions,for example the decision to wear makeup and murder people, that are illogical and incomprehensible to the layman because the layman isn't able to perceive the last man's thoughts in a comprehensive and understandable way because they are so absurdly different to his own and so the layman simply derides him and labels the last man as "insane" in order to make them conform to societal norms,if they were to admit they were not insane but instead more sane than themselves then their perception of reality would alter.
