Imo, the Third Reich had a second rate military going up against basically 4 militaries that were either on par, or better than it.

When your senior NCOs are on average a full decade and a half older than any other army, using hard drugs will wear them out really fast.

Russia was going from hard to beat in 1941 to impossible to beat in 1943.

The modernization of the Russian military was set to end by the end of 1942.

The push by Army Group Center south towards Kiev would've been stopped in 1943 and likely 1942.

And the Soviet Union would've withstood the invasion.

Is it possible in the modern world? to win through war and violence?

Also, German intelligence sucked. They predicted that the Soviet Union could produce 3000 tanks. The Soviet Union produced 30000 tanks.
