Other public education programs, such as "Stop It Now" (www.stopitnow.org), target bystanders — people who suspect that a child is being sexually abused, but may not know how best to intervene. The preliminary research suggests that such programs may help.

llman contrasts that statement with the numbers from an authoritative 2014 meta-analysis of 21 recidivism studies by a team of leading scholars. It found that 32 percent of sex offenders assessed as a high risk to re-offend did so within 15 years. For offenders judged low risk, the number was 5 percent. And for high-risk offenders who made it 16 years with no re-offenses, their re-offense rate thereafter was zero.

you are cringe
the US justice systems absolute failure at literally everything cannot be compared to voluntary programs to help pedophiles not offend in the first place
ok, anyone that commits sexual intercourse with a child deserves a bullet
germany is a better example
thanks bot
do people deserve a bullet for merely having pedophiliac urges
do they deserve to become the pariah we currently turn them into
no, they deserve a bullet for acting on them
If it's just thoughts then how can someone possibly be found out?
they tell someone
lol
and deserve strong observation for making it clear they have them
They shouldn't
literally their sources are based on self reporting for prostitution after legalized is how they come up with estimated number...
thatll work for sure
It's called having self control
stop being a pedo
They use different standards to estimate the amount of prostitutes
nor do they even focus on trafficking victims
itd lower child sexual abuse to destigmitize and increase voluntary support programs for pedophiles
no it doesnt
because there would be easier, healthier outlets
yeah it does
germany is literal proof of this
its actually the opposite, programs like stop it now are the most effective
Germany is awful
germany saw a statistical rise in child trafficking
"waa waa liberal country" shut up dumbass

I don't think de-stigmatizing but at least allowing therapy rather than instant jail time
the US should be a model for literally nothing except for how not to run a justice system
why is everything the US, with you?
higher prison population per capita then russia or china
because you keep citing US based sources
