Secondly, under capitalism, which necessitates the anarchy of production, we have a crisis of overproduction which coincides with a crisis of underconsumption. Simply "lowering demand" via the implementation of some arbitrary and unrealistic socioeconomic measure will not resolve the aforementioned crises.
