Quite an important part of a debate.
"this theory is wrong. there for GOD"
*Nothing formed anti-matter and matter.*
This is your original statement. Can you back up your own statement?
"I don't like God, therefore this theory must do"
no more like "theories are more reliable than assumptions"
is your theory any more than an assumption?
you've yet to provide proof to make it more than an assumption
calling it a theory doesn't make it *not* an assumption
and youre claims are more rational?
good, now that we've established your theory is no more than an assumption
my claims are based on something actually observed
Can you provide those observations?
anti-matter and matter come to cancel each other out
Our claims are actually refutes of your statement. You are ament to provide proof, not us. We are giving an alternative to a claim. Burden of Proof dictates that you give us evidence of your claims, and then we refute them, then we can make a counter claim, and you can refute us.
"anti-matter cancels matter out, therefore god doesn't exist"
You're not making any sense.
oh my god
youre making more assumptions than me
Atleast you admit you're making assumptions.
Now that we've squared away that both of our sides are assumptions, my point is that you cannot definitely prove that either side is correct.
I do not argue that you can prove that he *is*, but currently it cannot be argued that he *isn't.*
Both could be concluded as assumptions, because quite frankly there is no way to prove one way or the other. It is an endless argument that has no definitive answer. I myself am a Christian, because I would much rather follow the teachings of the Bible over being a cynical asshole with no morals. However, I won't force my beliefs upon anybody. To each their own.
So you're not Evangelical.
What branch of Christanity? Protestant, Catholic or Orthodox?
Not Orthodox, I *definitely* am not Catholic,
Dad is Baptist, Mom is Lutheran
I think that makes me Protestant.
kek
Yep.
Definently.
Lutheran being the original Protestant denomination,
Baptist being one of the largest Protestant denominations.
Personally I am not a Christian, I am a Deist. Though I was raised a URC Presbyterian, so I keep a lot of Protestant morals.
saddest part is
i can count on 1 hand how many times i've been to a church
and that includes a funeral
What are we debating?
No idea
other guy said he could prove god doesn't exist
our argument was that's impossible to achieve
