This is why these companies and public figures would be so much better off by not apologizing for every single little off-color statement
These shitheads never forgive, an apology is just a sign of weakness to them. They'll drive you in the pavement if you show blood. That's why we have to defy them and double down, because fuck these people. Everyone who apologizes gets their show taken down, gets fired, taken down from their own company. What happens to the man who never apologizes? He gets elected President of the United States.
And now a ton of people know what Jimmy's Seafood is when they didn't before, and more people'll eat there. For some of the bigger companies, it's not profit driven but ideological, but for these mid-sized businesses, it's a legitimate way of getting out there.
