Old people are often members of the Democratic Party or have lingering emotions binding them to it.
Youth usually either register as independent or Republican, and vote Republican as well.

Affirmative action puts stupid blacks into positions where they shouldn't be and actually is the origin of most racism in Louisiana because it unintentionally advances the stereotype of blacks as idiots.
