how many people do you know voted for Jones
My immediate family voted for Moore. A ton of my neighbors would've voted for Moore, but decided to just stay home. Some of my more Christian friends fell entirely for the smear campaign and voted for Jones, with one even appearing on an ad for Jones.
I live in an upper-middle class area, by the way.
would they vote for Jones again?
If the election was right now or in 2020?
assuming Moore wasn't on the ballot, anytime
They wouldn't vote for him again.
I think we can say Mo Brooks will challenge Jones's seat and win when it comes up
The Moore saga is over unfortunately
Mo Brooks has cancer.
What?
i heard, unfortunate
you didn't know?
literally a day after the senate race, he annouced it
Luther won't run again, too.
sorry wasn't keeping track
Looked it up, he was operated on and apparently it was fully removed
@Pielover19 As I expected, the key factor in Moore losing was the part where a "ton" of your neighbors who would've voted for Moore decided to stay home
Not sure if that kind of thing resurfaces or not
If Moore ran again in 2020, he would win only because of the people who vote straight Republican turning out in waves for Trump.
Is volunteering to phone bank a good idea? I might do it for Rick Scott.
Moore should've done a debate
Honestly, Moore should've debated. Moore should've campaigned more. Moore should've actually defended himself from these accusations instead of just taking it.
Phone banking could have the risk of backfiring IMO
How so?
Imagine you're normie american guy sitting at your house minding your own business and you get a distraction call from a political campaign asking for your vote
In my personal experience, no one likes a telemarketer, I haven't seen any data on it, but it's my gut feeling
I think phonebanking is more of a fundraising type of deal. It probably involves asking a bunch of people in the panhandle for some cash.
Oh that's worse then
Haven't done much research, but I will do whatever I can to ensure Republican majorities in both houses. Don't know how, though.
I think the average person would get extremely pissed off in any scenario of a stranger asking them for money
add it to <#409515768686968833>
"Donald Trump wants America to be white"
I don't know, it depends on the candidate you're pretending to phonebank for
Bill Nelson, probably.
If Rick wins by a good margin, he can bring DeSantis and House R's off of his coattails.
Well, assuming an 8 hour day of calling, with a time of 5 minutes a day, you're looking at roughly 84 people.
*A call
What are the swing areas of Florida? Convincing Panhandle people to vote R would just be useless, and most Miami people would probably agree with our psyop.
Tampa? Orlando? The places West of Miami?
