Chaos exists as the basic form of nature

Fractals, one of the main naturally forming designs, is pure chaos. So much so than from the outside it lookds like order.

Also, I dont think you know what entropy is and what it entails. I suggest @Citizen Z that you research the mathematics and physics involved in entropy.
