Epidemiologically it's a meaningless study due to it's healthy user bias. The other side has just a growing pile of studies, that point to mechanisms. They connect them to show how aluminum salts that don't dissolve in water, when administered via intramuscular injection (which happens at nearly all vaccinations), can cause autism. In other words, if such a study is performed again, but with the presence of a placebo control group (double blind), it will either show the causal link or debunk that link.
