@Hedwig take your Theodolite and pack it....
@✧Mike Flatbird (Mike Blackbird)✧ how do you know where eye level is in that first image? is there any indication the camera is perfectly leveled?
b/c to make that measurement you need a theodolite
and there is none in that image, so try again
"eye-level" is an estimate, or an expression, commonly used
ok so this image isn't usable then
the one you posted
have i not said (explained) that yet, ..im pretty sure i have
--yes it is very usable
not if it's just an estimate
if
on
a
ball
you can't use that to prove level, if it's just and ESTIMATE
it WOULD NOT BE THERE
really?
.. 🍼 🤤
what if that camera is pointing down
>>clear 60
@Hedwig Well first there is the manufacturers own specs. You can get off their websites

It has to be dark to see the reflection
600m meters on a cvery dark day
Daylight washes it out
I doubt it is even very accurate at 600 meters
