see my logic
yeah
the sun lines up with the equator
alright idk i still think u guys are wrong but
And it lines up with everyone else
So no matter where you are at, you would look east
Except for the poles technically, but that doesn't matter here of course
yes so im looking east at the sunrise at the equator
mhm
yes
actually
the sunrise isn’t exactly east from equator
the earth is tileted
23 degrees
so that in itself is technically wrong
everyone looking east sees the sunrise
lol nevermind
you see the sunrise but not directly at the sun
true
what do u mean not directly at the sun
wow nevermind
just forget it cause i cant get why its so hard to understand so maybe its just me
maybe.0
sorry i’m not getting your logic
or you mine
its just what happens the sun rises at teh equator on the equinox u are looking east the sun is east
ur looking east at the equator
I liked the shooting example, where rifles are aimed at the sun, one in the north, one at the equator, one in the south, they all shoot at the sun.
Since the sun is rising east for each of them, they are all parallel
brb
well
actually
where north?
the north pole
?
It appears the sun is in different places at once in that scenario. Or it is just so far according to the model that the lines are very near parallel.
But meet in millions of miles
i feel like if u do this on google earth and draw lines all the lines lead to the equator
ive seen it done
so
