When I look out into the ocean at the horizon i see the water slanting up idk how I can prove that’s what I see

2019-05-06 03:01:25 UTC

Do u not see the water slanting up ? Is the water flat or slanting down when u look into the ocean at the horizon

2019-05-06 03:03:03 UTC

We should just get more people’s opinions I think. I know what I see and other people see the same thing its perspective it’s how seeing works the floor rises up to meet the ceiling. U can see it in a long hallway or at an ocean

2019-05-06 03:04:46 UTC

Are u as annoyed right now as I am lol

2019-05-06 03:05:15 UTC

It appears like you would expect on a flat floor. Locally flat that is.
Saying it appears like it is slanting up physically like a ramp needs proof. Like a theodilite measurements matching what we would expect on a upward slanted floor rather than a flat one

2019-05-06 03:06:36 UTC

When u look down a long hallway very long don’t u see the floor rising up and the ceiling lowering ?

2019-05-06 03:15:05 UTC

Its the same as you would see the ocean rise up

2019-05-06 03:15:42 UTC

Its not physically slanting up

2019-05-06 03:15:47 UTC

Its perspective

2019-05-06 03:16:16 UTC

I know we are just talking about when u look out at the horizon what u see and if it matches reality

2019-05-06 03:16:50 UTC

U see the ocean rise up we know it’s not therefore what we see does not match what is really happening

2019-05-06 03:17:20 UTC

It’s an illusion due to perspective

2019-05-06 03:17:26 UTC

Correct ?

Tell him he’s wrong astral

2019-05-06 03:25:59 UTC

It is exactly what we'd expect on a flat surface, we tilt our line of sight up to see farther out.
It doesn't look like it is physically slanting up.
It is perfectly explained by perspective angles, nothing to do with the height of any slant

2019-05-06 03:26:40 UTC

It doesn’t look like it’s physically slanting up ?

2019-05-06 03:26:55 UTC

It does look like the floor rises to meet he ceiling to me

2019-05-06 03:27:19 UTC

We know that’s not really physically happening but we know we see that

2019-05-06 03:28:45 UTC

So far 2 people have said under the ocean rise up and both of those people say that isn’t what’s happening really

2019-05-06 03:29:05 UTC

Ur the only one who doesn’t see the ocean rise up

2019-05-06 03:29:06 UTC

No we don't, it has NOTHING to do with the height of any slant, it is perfectly explained by angles of perspective. No theory needed for that. It is observational fact

2019-05-06 03:30:06 UTC

Observational fact when u look out at the ocean at the horizon the water is at ur eye level. The water appears to be rising up to ur eye level.

2019-05-06 03:30:25 UTC

That’s what we see ur the only one who doesn’t see that

2019-05-06 03:31:00 UTC

We will revisit this tomorrow I gotta go to bed

2019-05-06 03:31:10 UTC

Goodnight

2019-05-06 03:31:12 UTC

Nope, it is impossible for the ground to meet your eye level, they are parallel, and parallel lines never touch.
This is fact.

2019-05-06 03:31:41 UTC

We r just talking about what we see we know the water isn’t rising

2019-05-06 03:32:08 UTC

We see the water rising we know it isn’t

2019-05-06 03:33:11 UTC

We don't see the water as if it is rising like a physical slant, we see it as we expect with perspective angles, like depicted above. No theory needed for this, observable fact and physical reality, all consistent.

2019-05-06 03:34:21 UTC

We r going in circles so far 2 people have said hey see the water at the ocean rising to meet ur eye level which we know isn’t physically happening

2019-05-06 03:35:44 UTC

It cannot reach eye level, that is a physical impossibility. Parallel lines never meet.

2019-05-06 03:36:15 UTC

Lol ok

2019-05-06 03:37:16 UTC

The water at the ocean when u look at the horizon appears to rise up everyone who has ever looked at the horizon at the ocean has seen this

2019-05-06 03:38:45 UTC

All can be accounted for by physical perspective, no imaginary slanting the ground needed any further based on what we observe

2019-05-06 03:39:18 UTC

We know perspective is why u see the water rising
