When u look down a long hallway very long don’t u see the floor rising up and the ceiling lowering ?
Its the same as you would see the ocean rise up
Its not physically slanting up
Its perspective
I know we are just talking about when u look out at the horizon what u see and if it matches reality
U see the ocean rise up we know it’s not therefore what we see does not match what is really happening
It’s an illusion due to perspective
Correct ?
Tell him he’s wrong astral
It is exactly what we'd expect on a flat surface, we tilt our line of sight up to see farther out.
It doesn't look like it is physically slanting up.
It is perfectly explained by perspective angles, nothing to do with the height of any slant
It doesn’t look like it’s physically slanting up ?
It does look like the floor rises to meet he ceiling to me
We know that’s not really physically happening but we know we see that
So far 2 people have said under the ocean rise up and both of those people say that isn’t what’s happening really
No we don't, it has NOTHING to do with the height of any slant, it is perfectly explained by angles of perspective. No theory needed for that. It is observational fact
Observational fact when u look out at the ocean at the horizon the water is at ur eye level. The water appears to be rising up to ur eye level.
That’s what we see ur the only one who doesn’t see that
We will revisit this tomorrow I gotta go to bed
Goodnight
Nope, it is impossible for the ground to meet your eye level, they are parallel, and parallel lines never touch.
This is fact.
We r just talking about what we see we know the water isn’t rising
We see the water rising we know it isn’t
We don't see the water as if it is rising like a physical slant, we see it as we expect with perspective angles, like depicted above. No theory needed for this, observable fact and physical reality, all consistent.
We r going in circles so far 2 people have said hey see the water at the ocean rising to meet ur eye level which we know isn’t physically happening
It cannot reach eye level, that is a physical impossibility. Parallel lines never meet.
Lol ok
The water at the ocean when u look at the horizon appears to rise up everyone who has ever looked at the horizon at the ocean has seen this
All can be accounted for by physical perspective, no imaginary slanting the ground needed any further based on what we observe
We know perspective is why u see the water rising
What t u even arguing
What r u arguing
Ur saying we don’t see the water rise up when we look at the horizon at he ocean ?
Is that what ur saying ?
I am arguing that what we see in regards to the angling up of water is purely an effect of angles of perspective, from an observer above the ground.
