I have a test. I will say something and I want someone to prove to me why it is wrong. Here it is:
Article 1 Section 8 of the US Constitution lists the enumerated powers handed to the Federal Government. Acting as a police force/making arrests is not one of them. They have no business to operate within The States. So if a Federal Agent knocks on your door, saying that he has a warrant for your arrest, you don't have to comply. That's for the State's Police/Sheriff to handle. Not the Feds. The only time that they *can* is to suppress Domestic Violence, that is, if given permission by the State's Legislator (Article 4 Section 4).
In the case of Waco, there was no violence being done before-hand, therefore the ATF and FBI members that stepped foot on that soil were committing Treason.
So, even if the Branch Davidians *did* open fire first, **they would have every legal right to do so.**
