I'm just happy to read some non Kevin content tbh

2018-09-25 10:13:27 UTC

@Σ5 hecc off that's wrong

2018-09-25 10:13:41 UTC

@Yoda Yes the aether theory was dropped because it was shown to not be valid

2018-09-25 10:13:49 UTC

birds are by definition reptiles, according to phylogenic classification

2018-09-25 10:14:22 UTC

@Σ5 as are mammals

2018-09-25 10:14:27 UTC

false

2018-09-25 10:14:38 UTC

mamals are an earlier branch

2018-09-25 10:14:50 UTC

There's a reason we have more specific classifications

2018-09-25 10:15:02 UTC

like phylogenic clasification

2018-09-25 10:15:22 UTC

in fact you need a reptile liscence to own certian types of birds

2018-09-25 10:16:06 UTC

crocodiles and turtles are more closely related to birds than to lizards

2018-09-25 10:16:09 UTC

@Σ5 nooo stop the biology debate....

2018-09-25 10:16:36 UTC

Noo biology

2018-09-25 10:16:58 UTC

Birds are closely related to old reptiles but they are a differnt, they aren't reptiles. It's as accurate as saying mammals are reptiles as they both share a common ancestor

2018-09-25 10:17:04 UTC

We were all born out of god's magical grace lmaoo

2018-09-25 10:17:10 UTC

they are by deffinition reptiles

2018-09-25 10:17:15 UTC

in phylogenic clasification

2018-09-25 10:17:24 UTC

its a choice of clasification

2018-09-25 10:17:29 UTC

U are defying the goodness of the CREATOR with biology

2018-09-25 10:17:35 UTC

this is kind of a semantical problem

2018-09-25 10:17:52 UTC

We were created 6000 years ago

2018-09-25 10:18:16 UTC

I will not accept any scientific reasoning or any arguments from outside the Bible..and I challenge u to change my mind

2018-09-25 10:18:44 UTC

See u cant

2018-09-25 10:18:51 UTC

Ergo God created the universe

2018-09-25 10:18:54 UTC

Huehuehh

2018-09-25 10:19:01 UTC

Reptiles don't have feathers, nor wings or warm blooded

2018-09-25 10:19:03 UTC

im willing to mute if i had mod

2018-09-25 10:19:10 UTC

Lol nooo

2018-09-25 10:19:13 UTC

I'm just joking

2018-09-25 10:19:18 UTC

I'm an atheist lmaoo

2018-09-25 10:19:19 UTC

crocodiles are semi warm blooded

2018-09-25 10:19:33 UTC

What does semi warm blooded mean

2018-09-25 10:19:45 UTC

also crocodile scales have the same protienes and some structural similarities to bird feathers

2018-09-25 10:19:56 UTC

they generate heat but not as much

2018-09-25 10:20:18 UTC

Yeah and Kiwis have fur like feathers and bone marrow, doesn't mean they are mammals

2018-09-25 10:20:52 UTC

You are right about the common ancestor but to say they *are* reptiles is wrong

2018-09-25 10:20:56 UTC

all reptiles are diapsids

2018-09-25 10:21:24 UTC

actually some even define all reptiles as diapsids depending on how far back you want to put the branch lable

2018-09-25 10:21:39 UTC

birds are diapsids

2018-09-25 10:22:02 UTC

I'm aware of historic species concepts, however since we've moved to DNA we have become much more accurate

2018-09-25 10:22:02 UTC

diapsid meaning they have 2 holes in the temporal region of the skull
