you can tell the astronots are attached to harnesses in the moon landings similiar to many hollywood movies. They slowed down the video to half speed, you speed it up and you can see them moving around normally. They are under earth gravity, not a 1/4th lunar gravity.
the lunar cart they have on the movie set never actually drives around.
