im not saying this for fun
Let's all try to be nice.
im trying to get at objective truth
Is the mandela effect real in anyone's opinion here
or at least what little i can glean
in my opinion it is valid yes
Kitty, i am not making fun of you. I am just saying in general all humans have bad memories that can easily be tampered with
I still have so little idea of what it is.
@Kitty He specializes in trolling.
I think that magic mirror on the wall is really the only thing that gets me
But I dont think that it is real
Mulitple timelines, maybe
<:why:492975944445853696>
Why would these things have anything to do with different timelines?
I don't think it is timelines, I feel it might more likely be government tampering
Cuz
editing books/images etc.
seems more likely to me
<:oof:485078292723138572>
taking things off the air
Okay please help me with this
Because I did come here to learn
I can pull it up
"The “Mandela Effect” is what happens when someone has a clear memory of something that never happened in this reality.
Many of us – mostly total strangers – remember the exact same events with the exact same details. However, our memories are different from what’s in history books, newspaper archives, and so on.
This isn’t a conspiracy, and we’re not talking about “false memories.” Many of us speculate that parallel realities exist, and – until now – we’ve been “sliding” between them without realizing it.
(Others favor the idea that we’re each enjoying holodeck experiences, possibly with some programming glitches. In my opinion, these aren’t mutually exclusive.)
This website is about real, alternate history and possible explanations for this phenomenon."
I don't want to be combative but
This is actually explained in psychology
You wanted to pretend to be Darth Vader as a child
You got a toilet roll and breathed heavily through it
lol
You realised if you said "I am your father" it wouldn't work, they wouldn't get the reference
Like I’ve said, everything has an explanation...but not proof.
You decided to add "LUKE" to "I am your father" so somebody would get the reference
And that's how the mandela effect started
Yeah, you're right—but then it's just about which explanation makes more sense
Smart
Thats actually good thinking Sheeple
Why would it make more sense we're sliding between timelines rather than simply misremembering a tiny detail
