Ok so I was not able to find in the five seconds you gave me before leaping to conclusions a simple formula for the earth’s curvature, since it can’t be boiled down to a simple formula. Yes, it *approximately* equals 8 inches per mile squared, but this makes a parabola, so it is inaccurate after a certain point. But you need to do out the math for accurate results.
