Whidbey is way north of me. Keep us posted on the situation though. I'm down in Kitsap and literally 15 minutes ago my groups started discussing a potential response to Inslee's mando testing and quarantine bullshit. As of right now, once it begins we need to observe the ability of the state to project it's force. Such as ground and aerial transport. If it is safe enough to hit ground transport (basically no drones to spot you) then we are going to do some vehicular sabotage (tires, radiators, brakes, etc) to minimize their ability to project their force. Hopefully if we make enough stink without hurting anyone, the media will bitch about it and that will be the call sign to our brethren to rally up. Probably gonna slap a piece of tape on each vehicle we do in that says "Rhett E Boogie" on it in hope the media is dumb enough to say it on TV. Just keep in mind, if ya'll get in on this, wear gloves, don't leave your prints on anything. Watch out for drones as national guard may be out there (most likely unarmed) and if they are out there local air force might be watching them with drones, so just keep your eyes out, plan ahead of time. Make sure you spend a good time observing and communicating with each other before you come up with a plan of action.

My dad's company was hired to install glass in the governor's mansion. When my dad was working there, they had a shit ton of security. When my dad and his crew got there, this security guard told my dad that they couldn't talk, no less even look, at the governor nor his family. About three days into the job, my dad had to step aside to let some lady pass through the hallway, and he apologized for being in the way and told her to have a nice day. This lady got grumpy and stormed off. Five minutes later, some security guard comes up to my dad and tells him off for speaking to the governor's wife.
