nukes are where i draw the line personally, however, i think literally nobody should have nukes, especially governments

The reality is that the technology for nuclear bombs exist. Civilians should be allowed to own them if they are able to build and afford them. Most people wouldn't be able to. But they fall under 2A. The nuke question is the true question of whether youre a minarchist or an ancap.
