hmm
I remember reading about a time travel device
Let me go look it up. I’ll be right back
The hyper-dimensional resonator
I saw it on a forum dedicated to time travel, interesting thing

Well first there is the manufacturers own specs. You can get off their websites

Comparative study of accuracy in distance measurement using: Optical and digital levels
That PDF is the owners manual for the 600M one
Notice it says 100lux

The LDT520 is designed for directional controls in tunnel excavation, precise marking and alignment in construction and engineering applications.
600m meters on a cvery dark day
I doubt it is even very accurate at 600 meters
let's compare FECORE
Hmm
9X the distance
Going thorough the "bible" from which geodesy started.
Helmert, Mathematical and Physical Theories of Higher Geodesy, Vol. 1
Friedrich Robert Helmert, 1843–1917,
it pretty much says they assume the shape
a lot of info out of Mathematical and Physical Theories of Higher Geodesy. It goes over the history who what why etc
For instance it says someone measured a minute of arc (typically 69 miles on the globe ) as 40 miles in UK
They used actual measurements with chains and not optical triangulation
@I-VaPE-ChEMtrAiLS Do we want to assign your roles today?
@Ætos Welcome back. 😃
Hello, Hello
I want to assign roles. What roles do you want?
Um
