I saved this one too it was in a garage fire my buddy just gave it to me said he didn't want to mess with it. I thought the chared stock. So I sanded it smooth then polyurethane on the burn wood.

Soaked the bolt in WD40 for 2 days ran about 10 patches down the bore put the bolt back in and typical Enfield action butter smooth.

Guess its not a true jungle carbine someone hacked it up to look like it

Throw on a cone muzzle device and put on a rubber butt pad that’s older than stone and smaller than the stock and it’ll be more passable

Hwy I’m just getting into this stuff and am looking at building an ar - I have a drill press etc full garage of tools. Any recommendations on where to buy the upper/lower/etc? I would prefer a lower with a deep ammo well for uhhh hmmm reasons. I am mostly illiterate in regards to this stuff. Not sure on the legality of buying lowers/uppers/etc and I will have to look into how to build it - any recommendations or links for that?

well its completely legal to build your own lower receiver and fire arm as long as you dont sell it or give to to someone

You can purchase 80% lowers and jigs from websites if you want to go that route. all you need it a drill and patience
