At 2124: LE reports “armed militia” inbound to the area. LE source for that intel unk ATT.
At 2119: Civilian using laser to target LE.
At 2116: Adverse weather (rain) begins.
At 2110: Officers attempt to covertly remove masks due to mask fatigue. Officers begin to remove masks one at a time, casually. Will be notified again if they start to use CS gas. Total time wearing masks: >1.5 hours.
At 2109: Civilians using shopping carts to barricade road.
At 2107: LEO voice traffic on scanner indicates strong fatigue. Status update interval from dispatch has been reduced to less than 5 minute intervals.
At 2103: LEOs request blinding spotlights to shine onto protesters due to “protesters using headlights to target officers”
At 2059: Report of civilian drone established overhead.
At 2057: LE via scanner traffic indicates LE attempting to cycle officers in groups of 1-2 inside to take off masks and rest, and to get food/water. Calls for resupply.
At 2042: Full-scale rioting continues, police heavily armed with automatic lethal weapons.
At 2039: Looting of commercial businesses begins.
At 2025: Police violently assault unarmed protesters, as well as unarmed press reporters.
