That's what they were saying on the news. Apparently there is a gas shortage in Mexico.
So people were trying to get it from the pipeline.
@BattlePod Read the article I posted. Yes there is a shortage in some areas...due to the government fight against precisely this type of incident. It would seem that illegal tapping into the gas pipelines is a rampant issue. They are now using trucks to transport a lot of the gas. This has created a shortage in some areas.
