The anti-Gaia
Interesting fallot
uhh
what
sorry was thinking about nester
I actually got worse results on 5x5 than I did doing more reps
hey i got a steam key
KGQ3N-3AIBM-A7FEQ
go for it
@fallot is jack donovan on the juice
Have not assessed him but probably is now @profagonist
Let me look him up
Yes definitely on juice @profagonist
May just be TRT though
Looks real but have to wonder how someone manages to film it rather than help
Fallot I am doing starvation diet plus 20x1 lifting. I reject even the idea of wanting to look big, my goal is to be dangerous and part of that is not having my appearance give away my ability
I would much rather look like a bitch and just randomly be able to throw a normal man through the ceiling without any prior warning than look like I lift in a shirt, so on that basis I am doing high rep calisthenics for conditioning and low rep lifting only
You actually missed a long chat on that earlier
If some guy looks big I don't even wonder if they are natty because I already know they are retarded for making themselves slower and more obviously threatening
I want people to look at me and underestimate as much as possible
When I worked in the locked ward it was always the skinnier guys that were hardest to take down
Go on
important watching imho

I remember this one kid in particular had like two of the biggest staff on each arm, trying to escort him into seclusion
And he was moving them
tall and skinny?
or just skinny and average height
No he was like 5 10 maybe and they were both 6+ and each weighed over 100kg easily
Eh still a decent height
I got that impression too
Some of the strongest dudes were skinny guys of average-ish height
But psychotic aggression is a force to be reckoned with too I guess
Yeah
Another one was this tiny little African guy
The security-guards basically resorted to stacks-on and he was still going bananas
Bit one of them too
It seems to be that muscular 'elasticity' can result in a greater projection of that strength I guess
