Possible because the internal moral or disgust response is so neutered they simply dont feel its wrong

Its why obscenity can be a crime in an "of course its wrong" way to plenty of people

You see it most in young intelligent males

How to possibly change such a state of being though?

It's very ingrained

Health is immediately available as you cannot truly kill nature

Is in many ways self chosen

When the disentanglement occurs change is rapid

Apathy seems to be at the root of all the other sicknesses
